Indoor Club Parking Structure

To solve the demand for parking spaces of its members, the Indoor Club undertook the project of building a 3-level parking structure on their property. For this important investment, the direction of the project was delegated to ICC, where an important task of value engineering was elaborated, managing to make the cost more efficient and allowing the club, with the budget that had originally posed, to develop the project in a single phase.

The handling of the communications with the Construction Project Committee, and with its Board of Directors, and the support provided to the latter in the accountability before the Assembly of members, was a key aspect.
