Critical Challenges

Is your project facing any of these critical challenges?

Check whether your project shows any of these latent symptoms before they impact the success of your investment:

Project Management

Reactive decision-making

Decisions arrive late, once the impact is already unavoidable.

Fragmented information

Scattered data with no traceability or integrated view of the project.

Accumulated cost overruns

Deviations not detected in time that erode the budget.

Risks without clear ownership

Threats identified but never managed with clear accountability.

  • Critical budget80%
  • Deliverable quality★★★☆☆
  • Total riskHigh

The real cost is not only poor execution; it is lost operating time and missed market opportunities.

Project Controls
Schedule slippage

Blind visibility

Financial reports showing massive disbursements while real progress on site is stalled.

Budget deviation

Unexpected overruns

Accumulation of unforeseen change orders and contractor claims that erode the contingency budget.

Deadline alert

Schedules without active management

Master plans that became static images on the wall. Total loss of predictability on key milestones.

Contractual risk

Untracked changes

Design modifications, material substitutions or scope changes approved on site verbally or via informal messages.

Governance gap

Misaligned stakeholders

Lack of leadership and integration among designers, suppliers and the general contractor, causing continuous rework.

Operational risk

Loose ends at closeout

Structures physically built but unable to start commercial operations due to disordered documentation and permits.

Unanticipated delays
Higher project cost
Lost opportunities

Project Management

We lead and coordinate each project end-to-end on behalf of the owner, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, contracts, payments, communication and stakeholders are aligned with the client’s objectives.

1

Planning

We design a clear roadmap to understand the owner’s business model and identify the strategic objectives the project will enable.

2

Contracting Management

We manage the project’s resources efficiently, transparently and on time.

3

Monitoring & Control

We verify that the project advances as planned in time, cost and scope, with an action plan for deviations.

4

Closeout

We finalize financial and administrative tasks, project handover and final acceptance.

Project Controls

We turn the project’s key information —schedule, costs, risks, documentation, progress, changes and KPIs— into clear, measurable and actionable data. This makes it possible to anticipate deviations, make timely decisions and keep the project under control.

Control Reporting

Traffic-light tracking vs. baseline

We turn Project progress data into clear control signals, comparing actual performance against the approved baseline to support timely decisions and corrective actions.

  • Action required

Considerable delay; the indicator flags it to be addressed immediately.

  • Watch

    Manageable delay against the baseline.

  • On track

On plan or ahead of the baseline.
